Robin C. Eichert began her business in 2001, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the printing, education, and high tech industries. While holding senior management roles in those organizations, she learned first-hand the people issues that businesses face. She has helped employers and employees find solutions that enhance productivity and profitability. She has worked hand-in-hand with executives using positive, affordable, effective programs that are easy to implement.

The focus and mission of her consulting practice, PeopleSense Consulting LLC, is to help employees and managers better understand each other for the best possible outcomes in the workplace. Robin uses online assessment tools that are developed by Profiles International, Inc.

PeopleSense Consulting LLC clients include organizations of various sizes and industries. Companies range from those with five employees to more than 500 staff members in industries such as health care, printing, insurance, real estate, education, automobile dealerships, retail service industries, renewable energy, and food service. She is adept at working with individuals at all levels, and has provided meaningful leadership and management training sessions as well as help resolve situations of conflict in the workplace. She also provides executive level coaching services.

She holds a degree in Communications from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Organizational Management from University of Phoenix Online. She remains an active Hokie and was past president of the Virginia Tech Alumni Chapter in New England. She is a trained facilitator in TQM and ISO 9001.

Robin volunteers in her local community through a variety of programs and service organizations. She is an active member of the Monadnock Rotary Club and has held club and district leadership roles for Rotary International. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough. She is a member of the New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility and a student mentor for the ConVal Community Scholarship Foundation. She has served on the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Assembly of Overseers and is a 2007 graduate of the Leadership New Hampshire program.
