Robin C. Eichert began her business in 2001 when she fulfilled a dream to help individuals and businesses reach their potential. She founded PeopleSense Consulting LLC with the mission to help employees and managers better understand each other for the best possible outcomes in the workplace. Robin uses online assessment tools that are developed by Profiles International, Inc.

She combines 25 years of business management experience with a passion for making people successful in the workplace. She has held senior management roles in publishing, educational, high-tech, and manufacturing industries and understands the people issues that plague businesses.

She has helped employers and employees find solutions that enhance productivity and profitability. She has worked hand-in-hand with executives using positive, affordable, effective programs that are easy to implement.

PeopleSense Consulting LLC clients include organizations of various sizes and industries. Companies range from those with five employees to more than 500 staff members in industries such as health care, printing, insurance, real estate, education, automobile dealerships, retail service industries, and food service. She is adept at working with individuals at all levels, and has provided meaningful leadership and management training sessions as well as help resolve situations of conflict in the workplace. She also provides executive level coaching services.

She has held leadership roles in several community and service organizations. She is an active member of the Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and the Jaffrey-Rindge Chamber Education Committee. In addition, she serves on the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Assembly of Overseers and is a 2007 graduate of the Leadership New Hampshire program. She is Assistant Governor for the Rotary International District 7870, active member and past president of the Monadnock Rotary Club, and also past president of the New England Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association. She is a frequent speaker and trainer for her clients and finds enormous pleasure when she is working alongside her clients.
