Almost there! An important part of the process is understanding the results. The reports will come directly to you via email and are easy to interpret. Still, it our commitment to help highlight any nuanced information and provide a forum for you to ask questions.

This is an optional but is a highly recommended step so you can take full advantage of the rich layers of information you will receive in the PXT Select reports.

When scheduling, allow time for the candidate to complete the assessment and give yourself a window of time to review the reports. You don’t have to read it completely before we meet but you may have questions based on what you see.
