Last week, you may recall we sent out a request for your input. Times are changing fast — for you and for us! It’s important that we find new solutions to support healthy workplace relationships as our environments evolve.
We needed your feedback to tailor meaningful content and delivery methods, and we got it! It was SO helpful to see how the different topics we put out there align with your current needs. Here’s an inside look at the results:
Comments in the ‘Other’ category represented the changes we are facing due to Covid-19. You want to know the most effective ways to communicate with your co-workers, how to deal with remote working situations, and how to regain a feeling of being connected. We absolutely understand how urgent and critical these issues are.
Our team has already started to put together programs that address the themes most important to you. We’ll also be putting out new blog posts built on workplace challenges that you posed.
